The trip of representatives of Michurinsky State Agrarian University to Belgorod

From January 17 to January 18, 2019, a delegation of the Michurinsk State Agrarian University composed of the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Galina Korotkova and the Director of the Center of Technology Transfer, Research and Development Tatiana Larshina participated in the Second Interregional Conference-Meeting "Intermediate Results and Implementation of Pilot Projects" System of transversal research and production cooperation in the regions” of the Russian Federation. The event was held at the Belgorod Federal Agrarian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Belgorod FANTs RAS).

The meeting was opened by the director of Belgorodsky FANTs RAS, Sergei Tyutyunov. He welcomed the participants and spoke about the goals and objectives of the pilot projects, summed up the subtotal results of 2018, reported on the implementation of road maps in the context of pilot projects. Director of the Center for Intellectual Digital Agriculture of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science Institute of Management Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences (FGBUN IPU RAS) Sergey Antipin and Acting Director of the Federal State Budget Research Institution Federal Research Center for Grain and Crop Crops (FSBF ZFKK) Alexander Zadorin shared practical experience of participation in this project on the example of the Oryol region and the interaction opportunities and competence centers in the pilot regions.

On the second day, Ekaterina Zhuravleva, Assistant of Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, visited the conference, she spoke about the assessment of the subtotal results of the project for 2018 in terms of the implementation of roadmap activities.

Then a round table was held on the “Tasks of the event of the pilot project“ System of transversal scientific and production cooperation ”in 2019”. At the meeting, the participants discussed the following tasks: the work of agricultural producers for the current year, the creation of Competence Centers for transversal technologies, interaction with other centers of competence, the development of smart services for agricultural producers.

In addition, organizational issues for the interaction of agricultural producers with local authorities in 2019, subsidy support for the implementation of a system of transversal research and production cooperation, and much more were discussed.

During the trip, the staff of the Michurinsk State Agrarian University discussed issues of interest with the participants of the conference-briefing visited the excursion program on the museum complex “The Third Battlefield of Russia” (urban-type settlement Prokhorovka).
