Vadim Babushkin awarded the degree of Honorary Doctor
On December 20, 2018, Professor Vadim Babushkin, Rector of Michurinsk State Agrarian University, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, was awarded a degree and awarded a diploma of "Honorary Doctor of Azerbaijan State Agrarian University".
