Online lesson " Student's Day in Russia"
On January 25, 2021, Michurinsk State Agrarian University held an open online lesson for students of the preparatory training course in the Russian language and future international applicants. The lesson was dedicated to the celebration of the Student's Day in Russia. Applicants were informed about the structure of our university and specialties they can get here. They learnt about the life of international students in Russia and in Michurinsk SAU, and asked all their questions.

Michurinsk SAU continues to cooperate with Educational and Scientific Institutions in Germany
Michurinsk SAU employees took part in a webinar organized with the support of the German-Russian agrarian and political dialogue. Representatives of Michurinsk SAU and Tambov State Technical University discussed with potential partners from Germany about innovative projects on Horticulture in Education and Science for further cooperation.

International Students’ Day in Michurinsk SAU
The results of the contest "I am a student of Michurinsk SAU", which was timed to the International Students’ Day, were summed up in Michurinsk SAU. International students from the following countries took part in the competition: Morocco, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Benin and Cote d'Ivoire. Young people made a joint video in which they told about Michurinsk SAU and why they like to study here. Students won a special prize. Sergey Zhidkov, Vice-rector for educational work, congratulated the students and presented them with a diploma and a gift.

On the day of the 165th birthday of I.V. Michurin in Michurinsk SAU honored the memory of the great scientist
27 October 2020 marks 165 years since the birth of a biologist, breeder, scientist with a worldwide reputation I.V. Michurin. On this day, vice-rector for teaching and educational work Sergei Zhidkov, director of the Horticultural Institute named after I.V. Michurina Lyudmila Grigorieva, head of the department for educational and social work Yuliya Frolova laid flowers at the monument to the founder of the university. Students of the university took part in the memorial action.

Presentation of the Center for International Student Interaction (ISIC)
On October 1, foreign students of Michurinsk State Agrarian University (rector Vadim Babushkin) visited the Youth Center of the Tambov Region, where a one-day presentation forum of the International Student Interaction Center (ISIC) took place. Foreign students of TSTU and TSU named after G. R. Derzhavin also participated in the forum
