Vadim Babushkin awarded the degree of Honorary Doctor

On December 20, 2018, Professor Vadim Babushkin, Rector of Michurinsk State Agrarian University, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, was awarded a degree and awarded a diploma of "Honorary Doctor of Azerbaijan State Agrarian University". The head of the homonymous educational institution Ibrahim Jafarov fulfilled this mission during the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Agricultural Development, which was held in the city of Ganja, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
