In Michurinsk SAU held competitions dedicated to Students' Day

At the Michurinsk State Agrarian University (rector Vadim Babushkin), a sports event was held dedicated to the 265th anniversary of the Day of Russian Students. The students, representing the institutes of the university took part in the sports event.

International students visited the movie theater

Winter is no reason to spend time boring and monotonous.

From year to year, foreign students of the Michurinsk State Agrarian University maintain the tradition of leisure in their free time, which is organized by the management of the university, represented by rector Vadim Babushkin and employees of the University’s Department of International Affairs. More recently, the students mastered ice-skating, and after they attended the movie night at the Oktyabr movie theater.

These events allows students to better know the country in which they now live and study, and become acquainted with its culture, traditions and customs.

Vice president of Russian academy of sciences Irina Donnik visited Muchurinsk SAU

On December 18, 2019, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) Irina Donnik, accompanied by Rector Vadim Babushkin, Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Science of the Tambov region Larisa Golubeva, Head of the Michurinsk city administration Maxim Kharnikov and Head of the Michurinsk district administration Galina Shemanaeva, visited the Center for the Development of Modern Competencies of Children of the Michurinsk State Agrarian University. The visit to the center took place immediately after the opening ceremony of the Michurinsk city “Agrocube”. The establishment of such innovative facilities for the education of the younger generation of scientists for the agro-industrial sector in the Tambov region is under the patronage of Governor Alexander Nikitin.

New Year`s events 2019 for international students of the Michurinsk State Agrarian University

On the eve of the New Year, Michurinsk State Agrarian University (rector Vadim Babushkin) held festive events for international students, organized by the International Relations Department. Young people took part in an interesting quest and a festive concert.
